If you’re interested in exploring whether an assessment and/or therapy might be helpful for you, please feel free to get in touch. You don’t need a referral to contact us, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about the process.

We also accept referrals from a range of health insurance providers. If you plan to use your insurance to cover sessions, please include any relevant policy details or referral information when you get in touch.

Get in touch

Please share a brief outline of what you’re experiencing and a member of our clinical team will be in touch to discuss the most appropriate next steps. This may involve arranging an assessment, beginning therapy, or exploring the best pathway for your situation.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

Locations: Bristol · Oxford · London

Our sessions are delivered either face to face or online. Face to face sessions are available in Bristol, Oxford and London (days and times vary dependent on clinician availability).

Online sessions mean you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space anywhere in the UK. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person— and often more accessible when physical health, fatigue, or location are barriers.

If you have concerns about your safety, please seek urgent support via your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services
